| Zimbabwe: The Drought Myth |
|
The following photos come from a most interesting document on the www.ZwNews.com website.
Those of us living in Africa do not buy the drought myth. Malawi, for example, is not out
of food because of a drought but because their Socialist (Marxist?) Government has mysteriously
sold off all its grain reserves. They claim it was mismanagement. But who bought it? Mugabe?
At this time, July 2002, there is talk that Mugabe has to import 2 million tons of maize. Maize
is being harvested here in South Africa and driven straight up to Zimbabwe. Everyone, including
South Africa, the USA, the UN and Church organisations are bringing food to Zimbabwe to keep
millions of people from starving to death. But the worst is yet to come. They are expecting the shortage to
bite from August onwards. Does anyone remember that those of us opposing Mugabe's land acquisition madness had been saying since 2000 that it would lead to mass starvation? Its happening, but the Zimbabweans and others are trying to cover it up with their propaganda and lies. This document from ZwNews is interesting as it shows clearly that white farmers were able to produce crops when the "settlers/War Vets" could not. ![]() In the two photos below, we see two wheat fields which are adjacent to each other. The one on the left belongs to a commercial farmer and the one on the right to the black "settlers". ![]() ![]() |
