This white man points out that more aid has been sent to Africa than any other continent on Earth and yet it is not working. Listen to his explanation. He misses out the most important points. Firstly he never mentions how stupid the Blacks are and how low their IQ is. Secondly, he never mentions that no matter how poor the Blacks are they never stop having children. Thirdly, he does mention that some Black African countries were Marxist but he does not know that many of them still are Marxist. He blames the governments but the truth is the Blacks are stupid and at the end of the day they voted for their governments. The most important point of all, is that these people are a retarded stupid people.
